It has been a busy couple of months at Creed! We’ve won awards, worked with amazing clients, and seen some great in-team progression. But that’s not all! We’ve also welcomed four new starters to the Creed team. Each brings a wealth of experience, personality, and enthusiasm to their new roles – taking our client offering to the next level.
Let’s get to know them a little bit better, shall we?
Meet Lauren
Lauren recently made the exciting leap from Dublin to Manchester and loves the new city life! From travel and spending time with family to having amazing outdoor adventures, Lauren has embraced the Creed culture with open arms.
With a five-year career at Tesco under her belt, Lauren progressed from Customer Assistant to Checkout Supervisor, honing vital skills like communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Qualities she’s seamlessly carried over to her Account Executive role at Creed, where she’s already excelling at building relationships with our clients and learning the ropes.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed the onboarding process. From internal training to external meetings, I have done nothing but grow! It has been a balanced pace and hasn’t been overwhelming like my past experiences… The team here at Creed have made it exceptionally easy for me to feel comfortable seeking help/assistance and to ask any questions no matter how big or small. I couldn’t ask for a better team! I have felt part of it since the get-go!”
Meet Rhiannon
Rhiannon has joined us as a Senior Account Executive. When she’s not diving into media campaigns and creative planning, she enjoys curling up with a good book or tackling impressive events like Tough Mudder – she’s smashed out four already!
Previously, Rhiannon worked at another recruitment marketing agency, gaining extensive experience in UK and international media campaign launches and creative planning. These are amazing skills she’s already offering to our clients and has gotten on like a duck in water.
“My onboarding has been an easy and enjoyable process, which has been made even easier to follow with Gemma’s induction training plan. Regardless of having experience through my last role, I’ve already learnt new things. The team are such a lovely bunch, very welcoming and open to any questions or training requests.”
Meet Jess
Jess is our new Account Director, and like the others, has settled in quickly! When she’s not in the office doing fab work for our clients, she spends her time out in nature with her wife, 9-year-old daughter Felicity, and their three dogs – Ralf, Juno, and Margot.
With nearly a decade of experience in internal recruitment and RPO environments, Jess brings a wealth of expertise to team management, performance driving, and attraction strategies. This inside perspective from the other side of the table is invaluable as she supports clients in navigating their recruitment challenges!
“Everyone at Creed has been so welcoming, it has made settling in incredibly easy. I am loving being involved in multiple client’s attraction strategies and supporting our clients to get the best out of our service. I am getting to grips with the Creedisms along the way and I am looking forward to getting more and more involved with our clients as the days go on! Opening up the art of the possible to TA functions across the country is something I am really passionate about and feel I can put into practice here at Creed.”
Meet Amber
Amber is a dog lover and self-proclaimed bookworm. As our new copywriter, she’s been whipping up all kinds of content for both our clients and our internal marketing team. When she’s not working on client projects, you’ll likely find her relaxing with her dog Molly, a new book, or rewatching Gilmore Girls for the 27th time.
She has over six years of experience in copywriting across different industries. Before Creed, she was writing all kinds of content – from product descriptions to blogs – for an online gardening company. Now, she’s using her skills to create new copy for our clients!
